Q: It seems that Spren Notification Manager is often killed in the background?

A: This is the most common problem, Android System quite often kills App to optimize battery and might be preventing Spren Notification Manager from running in the background. Please visit Dont kill my app! to know how to setup battery optimization settings for Spren.


Q: Is the app safe? Will you upload my notifications?

A: All notification history will only exist locally on your phone and will not be uploaded online.
Spren Notification Manager is using Google’s Analytics to collect crash reports.


Q: How to dismiss the ongoing notifications?

A: Currently we do not support ongoing notifications(notifications that cannot be dismissed from notification bar). You also need to enable the “Snooze notification” option in your system settings.We will be supporting dismissing ongoing notifications as part of future updates.


Q: How to see images in the notifications?

A: Currently we do not support images that have come in the notification.


Q: Some Notifications are not visible?

A: Currently we do not support ongoing notification and notification with custom layout.We would be supporting them in future releases.
