Pratik Pathak - Co-Founder

Pratik is passionate about solving problems in the emerging markets and is always geared to explore tech-led new initiatives across industry.He has led project and engineering teams in various startups in education,healthcare,agriculture sectors after almost a decade in Microsoft.
A Engineering graduate from JNTU in Electronics and Computer Science Pratik has worked extensively in cross functional and domain projects while colloborating with various organizations like Dr Reddy Labs, United Nations - WHO,ICRISAT.

Vipin Tom - Co-Founder

Vipin, after graduating from IIT Dhanbad with B. Tech in Computer Science, has worked with Microsoft for over 5 years where he worked across products such as Windows and Office. After which he has been navigating the cutting edge of OCR,NLP and NLU techniques building solutions ranging from Document Processing to Information Reterival. Vipin is passionate and motivated by the power of Machine Learning/AI and its ability to change how we work, with a unique eye to engineer solutions by leveraging the latest innovations in this field.

Rajeev Loya - Head of Business Development

Rajeev leads our Business development activities across our various verticals. Alumni of IIT Madras and IIM Calcutta he is a core strategy professional at heart with more than a decade of experience delivering complex projects, nurturing start-ups, and growing business through his unique ability in Engagement Management, Program Management, Product Management, Strategic Sourcing, and Stakeholder Management. His entrepreneurial instinct combined with his ability to build relationships with clients, management, vendors, and colleagues makes him indispensable to our team.

Nalin Kumar - Strategic Advisor

Nalin Kumar is a seasoned product leader. He graduated in computer science from IIT-BHU and joined Microsoft in 2006 where he took on various diverse roles over the course of more than a decade-spanning both business and technical domains. Post Microsoft he has mentored several startups in areas of user acquisition/ retention strategies, pricing, and strategic partnerships through accelerators, incubators and helped them perfecting pitches for funding rounds. At MINML, he helps us become laser-focused in defining the core product vision and executing on the launch roadmap to ensure we release a valuable product for our target customer.

Anupriya Shukla - Program Manager

Anupriya Shukla has been leading MinML AI as its Program Manager since 2023, leveraging over a decade of experience in overseeing large-scale programs dedicated to maternal, newborn, and child health. With a solid background in public health, Anupriya has significantly contributed to global health initiatives through her work with organizations like Nutrition International and UNICEF. She holds a degree in Public Health for Development from the prestigious London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, where she honed her skills in health systems strengthening, program implementation, and evidence-based strategies to enhance health outcomes.
